Nipissing University invites applications for three Limited-Term Appointment (LTA) positions in the School of Business. These positions are for a duration of 10 months, effective from August 15, 2024.
Position Details- Administration: Near completion or completion of a PhD with an emphasis in general business administration/management area or business related field.
- Organizational Studies: Near completion of completion of a PhD with an emphasis in Human Resources Management (HRM) and/or Organizational Behavior (OB) or business related field.
- Finance: A terminal degree in the Finance area such as an MBA or equivalent master's degree.
The successful candidates will have a teaching intensive workload of six (6) courses in their respective areas. The courses may include:
- Administration: ADMN Business Decision Making, ADMN Business Mathematics, ADMN Business Statistics, ADMN Change Management and Innovation.
- Organizational Studies: ORGS Introduction to Organizational Behavior, ORGS Management of Human Resources, ORGS Compensation and Rewards, ORGS Human Resources Planning.
- Finance: FINC Financial Management 1, FINC Principles of Finance with Excel, FINC Insurance and Risk Management, FINC Financial Derivatives, FINC Fin. Portfolio and Wealth Management, FINC Entrepreneurial Finance.
