About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Millwright to join our team at Master Halco. As a Millwright, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial machinery and equipment. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading manufacturer and wholesale distributor of perimeter security and fencing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, and repair industrial machinery and equipment
  • Work to ensure the highest standards of safety and quality
  • Collaborate with the production team to meet goals
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Report any machinery issues to management
Requirements
  • Licensed Industrial Millwright/Mechanic 433A
  • Strong troubleshooting ability
  • Competent technical ability, both theory and applied
  • Good communication skills in English (verbal & written)
  • Able to work overtime as needed, including nights and weekends
  • Basic computer skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Willingness to comply with all safety guidelines
  • Physically capable of manual labor that includes lifting, bending, and reaching
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
