We are seeking a highly skilled Product Development Designer to join our team at Soucy. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for designing and modeling rubber tracked assemblies and components, as well as creating installation tools and accessories.
Key Responsibilities- Design and model rubber tracked assemblies and components to fit products to vehicles
- Create installation tools and accessories adapted to the product
- Produce manufacturing drawings
- Participate in customer meetings with the technical team
- Provide technical support to multidisciplinary product development teams
- Contribute to the definition of the technological plan by contributing innovative ideas for the development of new technologies
- Participate in project feasibility studies and activity planning
- Support production during the manufacturing of prototypes or production start-up
- Launch and follow up machined parts while providing technical support to the supplier
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in design and development, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. If you are a motivated and innovative individual who is passionate about product development, we encourage you to apply.
