About the Role

Affinity Group is seeking a seasoned Sr. Project Manager with a strong background in Payroll and Business Analysis to join our team. Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Planning and Execution: Develop and maintain detailed project charters, plans, and budgets, including activities, deliverables, and milestone due dates.
  2. Resource Management: Determine resource requirements and dependencies to successfully deliver the project and assign tasks to team resources.
  3. Communication and Stakeholder Management: Build working relationships and communicate regularly with the immediate team, and those outside of the immediate team that affect project completion.
  4. Issue and Risk Management: Manage project issues, proactively mitigate project risks, and lead conflict resolution.
  5. Quality and Compliance: Ensure quality and completeness of the project delivery and adherence to operational standards and guidelines.
  6. Reporting and Documentation: Produce regular project status reports and create required project documentation.
Requirements
  1. Minimum 8 Years of IT Project Management Experience: With at least 5 years in a Project Manager role working with budgets, complex systems, and interfaces.
  2. Project Manager with Business Analyst Skills: Having strong HRIS and Payroll experience.
  3. Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Experience communicating across all levels and organizations.
  4. Project Management Methodologies: Experience in project management methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile.
  5. Education and Certifications: University degree in the field of computer science or business administration or equivalent professional experience. Project Management Professional (PMP) designation is considered.
What We Offer

A competitive hourly rate of $110 per hour.
