Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement advanced analytics and AI solutions to support model and data management for FCRM.

  • Lead a team of quantitative analysts in the development and implementation of advanced analytics and AI solutions.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g. economics, statistics, mathematics, engineering or operations research) or equivalent experience.
  • 15+ years of experience in financial modeling, data science, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in statistics, numerical methods, modeling tools, optimization, and operations within the financial services sector.
  • Knowledge of financial service products and risk characteristics.
  • Excellent management and leadership skills, with experience in directing a team of quantitative analysts.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting to senior executives, board members, regulators, and other external stakeholders.
