About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our team at Bayshore HealthCare. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a critical role in promoting our home care services to seniors and their families, helping them to achieve their goal of aging in place.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and grow our existing client base.
  • Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments with clients and their families to understand their requirements and preferences.
  • Service Development: Work with clients to develop comprehensive plans that meet their unique needs and goals.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and our internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of our services.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of client-facing experience, preferably in a healthcare, retail, or hospitality setting.
  • Sales Experience: A minimum of 3 years of sales experience with a proven track record of success in converting leads into new business relationships.
  • Certifications: A Certified Professional Consultant on Aging (CPCA), a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA), or completion of a recognized program/certification in relation to Gerontology, Dementia, Customer Service, or Hospitality would be considered a strong asset.
