Reporting to the Accounting Director, the Billing Clerk will be responsible for managing monthly subscriptions, processing payments, and collecting outstanding balances.

Key Responsibilities:

• General Administrative Duties
• Recurring monthly billing and other tasks
• Apply daily customer deposits
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing and payments
• Collection of overdue accounts
• Month-end reports and requests

Qualifications and Competencies:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Administration
