Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Testing Supervisor to join our team at Simon's Specialty Foods Skamnia Holdings Ltd. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our food products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training and Development: Train staff and workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.
  • Personnel Management: Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions to ensure the right people are in the right roles.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare production and other reports to identify areas for improvement and optimize productivity.
  • Quality Assurance: Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality, ensuring our food products meet the highest standards.
  • Supervision and Coordination: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of workers to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other work units.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain a well-stocked inventory.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek. The work language is English.
