Key Responsibilities
  • Route Planning and Optimization

Plan and adjust routes to minimize fuel consumption and carbon emissions, utilizing computer equipment and GPS technology.

Customer Service

Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Team Collaboration

Coach colleagues on new methods and work techniques to improve overall team performance.

Logistics Coordination

Arrange travel itineraries, make reservations, and oversee the loading and unloading of goods.

Vehicle Maintenance

Inspect and maintain the condition of the vehicle, including tires, lights, brakes, and cold storage equipment.

Documentation and Record-Keeping

Record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption.

Specialized Transportation

Transport and handle dangerous goods, and ensure the safety and security of cargo.

Requirements

Driver's License (Class 1 or A)
