We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Certified Practical Nurse (CPN) to join our dedicated team at a local care center.
Position Details:
- Part-time
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of residents' needs.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Administer medications in accordance with established protocols.
- Supervise and guide care staff to ensure high-quality care.
- Perform additional assigned tasks to support the care team.
Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited LPN program.
- Registered with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of British Columbia.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Background in dementia care (desired).
- Cultural education and experience (desired).
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $32.84 per hour
Schedule:
- 8-hour shifts
- Day, evening, and night shifts as needed, including weekends
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Local residents preferred
