Job Title: Senior Cost Consultant

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Cost Consultant to join our team at Turner & Townsend. As a Senior Cost Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert cost management services to our clients, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare loan monitoring reports and interface with clients and other consultants throughout the project lifecycle
  • Conduct research on construction market conditions in Canada, including analysis of official published data
  • Develop new business opportunities with existing and new clients
  • Manage knowledge and ensure that key information and learning generated from each commission is inputted into internal databases and shared
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and participate in ISO audits
  • Manage commissions to the right quality standards and ensure they are completed efficiently and on time

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of relevant experience
  • A recognized university degree
  • Experience with payment certifications
  • Membership in a relevant professional organization (i.e., RICS, CIQS)
  • Certification or designation from a professional organization achieved or in-progress (i.e., MRICS, PQS, etc.)
