At Ontario Inc., we are seeking a skilled Cloth Sorter to join our team. As a key member of our quality control team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Examine fabric or products for conformity to quality standards
  • Grade products based on quality and appearance
  • Inspect and grade hides, pelts or leather
  • Inspect finished and pre-finished products for defects
  • Mark defects and record information on products inspected or graded
  • Measure or weigh products as required
  • Package products for shipping
  • Prepare samples for quality control checks
  • Repair minor defects and ensure products meet quality standards
  • Sort products by style, colour, size, length or other criteria
  • Trim excess material, remove spots and lint
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 35 hours per week
