Collections Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Collections Manager to join our team at Fairstone Bank. As a Collections Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of collection agents and developing strategies to minimize losses and maximize returns on investment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of collection agents to achieve departmental goals and objectives
- Develop and implement strategies to minimize losses and maximize returns on investment
- Ensure all KPIs for the department are met and prepare action plans whenever underperforming
- Ensure best practices are being met with a focus on reducing delinquency and improving customer experience
- Design and implement strategies to motivate the Collections Team to achieve departmental goals
- Minimum 5 years collection experience, near prime and sub-prime automotive segment
- Preferred knowledge of the automotive finance life cycle and interest in the industry
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Able to understand/prepare complex documentation, update different host systems, and maintain customer records
