Position Overview

As a Logistics Supervisor at CRUSADERS CARGO CARRIERS, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and supply chain processes. Your expertise will be essential in coordinating activities across various departments to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Co-ordination: Oversee and align activities with other units or departments.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit comprehensive reports on logistics operations.
  • Problem Resolution: Address work-related issues, provide technical guidance, and recommend strategies to boost productivity and quality.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and train personnel in their roles and organizational policies.
  • Training Coordination: Organize training sessions for staff development.
  • Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess employee contributions.
  • Work Assignment: Co-ordinate, assign, and review tasks among team members.
  • Material Requisition: Order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Scheduling: Establish work schedules and operational procedures.
  • Logistics Planning: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization.
Experience Requirements
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Employment Duration: Permanent position.
