BRIO is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to lead our production team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for formulating and executing production plans, ensuring quality and quantity, and meeting customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement production plans based on sales forecasts and customer orders, ensuring timely completion of production tasks and meeting customer requirements.
- Drive production efficiency improvement goals, analyzing material loss data and implementing methods to control material loss and achieve company targets.
- Promote and improve project quality, reducing quality risks and costs, and ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Manage personnel within the production team, building a high-performing team and promoting a positive work environment.
- Complete other tasks assigned by the leader, ensuring seamless execution of production operations.
Requirements:
- More than 5 years of experience in large-scale factory management, with a strong understanding of EMS manufacturing processes.
- Excellent communication, expression, organization, and coordination skills, with the ability to promote internal initiatives.
- Familiarity with PCBA processing and assembly related processes, with a strong sense of responsibility and ability to withstand stress.
- A cheerful and enthusiastic personality, with a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
