Requirements:

  • More than 5 years of experience in large-scale factory management, with a strong understanding of EMS manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent communication, expression, organization, and coordination skills, with the ability to promote internal initiatives.
  • Familiarity with PCBA processing and assembly related processes, with a strong sense of responsibility and ability to withstand stress.
  • A cheerful and enthusiastic personality, with a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
