About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Roofing Specialist to join our team at Secured Weatherproofing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various types of roofing systems, with a focus on metal roofing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and repair roofing systems using waterproof sheet materials, such as modified plastics, elastomeric or other asphaltic compositions.
  • Install and repair metal roofs using hand and power tools, ensuring a secure and weather-tight seal.
  • Repair or replace shingles and shakes on sloped roofs of buildings, using a variety of materials and techniques.
  • Install sheet metal flashings to ensure a watertight seal and prevent leaks.
  • Work at heights and in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on safety and quality.
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in roofing or a related field.
  • Valid driver's license and a willingness to travel to various job sites.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, with frequent bending, crouching, and kneeling.
  • Steel-toed safety boots and other personal protective equipment required.
