Job Title: Truck Dispatcher

We are seeking a skilled Truck Dispatcher to join our team at DTS Trucking Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the activities of our truck drivers and ensuring the smooth flow of goods across our network.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records and logs of truck movements and activities
  • Monitor driver workloads and locations to optimize routes and reduce delays
  • Communicate with drivers and other stakeholders to resolve issues and provide support
  • Dispatch drivers according to schedules and work orders, ensuring timely delivery of goods
  • Process and transmit information to coordinate the activities of drivers and crews
  • Record mileage, fuel use, repairs, and other expenses to ensure accurate accounting
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
