Position Overview

In the role of Warehouse Operator, you will report directly to the Branch Manager and undertake various responsibilities within the branch warehouse. You will also assist clients with their orders and deliver outstanding service.

If you are self-sufficient, a team-oriented individual, polite, and possess excellent customer service abilities, we would like to connect with you.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and process incoming goods
  • Organize and manage products within the warehouse
  • Conduct inspections for accuracy and quality
  • Oversee inventory management and returns
  • Ensure cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse
  • Handle shipping documentation and assist carriers
  • Process returns efficiently
  • Perform additional related duties as required

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least six months of experience in a warehouse setting
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Familiarity with electrical products and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (preferred)
