Job Title: Audiovisual Producer

We are seeking an experienced Audiovisual Producer to join our team at the Italian Contemporary Film Festival. As an AV Producer, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of audiovisual content for our events and exhibitions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise staff or team to ensure timely and high-quality production of audiovisual content
  • Determine lighting, lenses, camera angles, and backgrounds for optimal visual storytelling
  • Operate audio-visual equipment, including cameras, lighting, and sound systems
  • Load film reels onto movie theatre projectors
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in audiovisual production, including video editing and post-production
  • Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Strong knowledge of audio-visual or videography principles
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
Working Conditions:
  • 40 hours per week, with occasional overtime
  • Work setting: Festival, video production, and associations and non-profit organizations
  • Level of expertise: Video editor
