About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at 3295572 Nova Scotia Limited. Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and motivate a team of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
  • Store Operations
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
    • Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed, and that the store is maintained in a clean and safe environment.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, analyzing sales trends and identifying opportunities for growth.
    • Monitor and analyze store performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to address them.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail management role
