Federated Co-operatives Limited is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Grocery Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our store staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and supporting the overall success of our grocery department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Unload grocery shipments, receive, organize, and display merchandise in a visually appealing and accessible manner.
- Be alert for unauthorized merchandise removal and maintain a secure store environment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager, including maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- Team player with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with some heavy lifting required.
