We are seeking a passionate and experienced Voice and Diction Instructor to join our esteemed faculty.

About the Role

This part-time position involves leading practical courses focused on diction in theatre at an intermediate level. You will guide students in developing essential technical skills for theatrical performance, fostering their vocal clarity, articulation, and stage presence.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging and informative lessons on voice, diction, and movement techniques.
  • Provide constructive feedback to students, helping them refine their skills and achieve their artistic goals.
  • Stay abreast of current trends in theatre, both nationally and internationally, incorporating relevant insights into your teaching.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive learning environment for all students.
Qualifications

We are looking for an individual with a strong background in voice, diction, or movement instruction.

  • Minimum of five years of teaching experience in voice, diction, or movement at the post-secondary level, or significant recent professional experience in theatre or performance demonstrating exceptional vocal and physical mastery.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written French.
