We are seeking a highly motivated Repair Sales Manager to promote innovative solutions with customers.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect existing accounts for repair sales opportunities and consult with customers on upgrades relating to enhancing safety or reliability.
- Survey existing accounts for obsolescence and propose, educate, and consult with customers on potential upgrades.
- Responsible for independent site surveying of elevator equipment and ensuring that all mechanic's leads are proposed within 5 business days.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers, following up on proposals until formally dispositioned.
- Partner with Client Relationship Managers to identify repair leads with existing customer base and create detailed capital planners for all customers.
- Manage opportunities in the CRM pipeline and provide accurate forecasting, traveling to locations in Alberta as required.
- Bachelor's Degree required, with elevator industry experience a plus.
- Prior sales and/or account management experience, with a proven track record selling and negotiating service contracts.
- Comfortable with cold-calling current and future customers with repair opportunities and able to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop expectations and relationships with internal and external customers.
- Self-motivated and able to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
