We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Physiotherapist Assistant. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting the delivery of high-quality healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome clients and patients, both on the telephone and at the reception desk, and provide them with information about services offered, their course of treatment, or any administrative procedures associated with their file.
- Promote the company and the quality of treatments offered to clients.
- Ensure the effective application of the company's operational procedures.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, manage the schedules of various stakeholders, and participate in the smooth running of the clinic.
- Create new files and classify them, perform general filing, and input various patient/client data into the computer system.
- Invoice and collect payments for visits, and ensure the transmission of calls and messages.
