Position Overview

The role of the Store Operations Leader involves overseeing the daily functions of a retail establishment, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role is essential.
Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and allocate tasks to staff members.
  • Enforce pricing and credit policies effectively.
  • Devise and execute marketing initiatives to boost sales.
  • Prepare budgets and keep track of financial performance.
  • Assess staffing needs and manage recruitment processes.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply issues.
  • Recruit, train, and oversee staff and/or volunteers.
  • Organize, direct, and evaluate daily operational activities.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Responsible for managing a team of approximately 3-4 individuals.
