The role of the Store Operations Leader involves overseeing the daily functions of a retail establishment, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role is essential.
- Supervise and allocate tasks to staff members.
- Enforce pricing and credit policies effectively.
- Devise and execute marketing initiatives to boost sales.
- Prepare budgets and keep track of financial performance.
- Assess staffing needs and manage recruitment processes.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply issues.
- Recruit, train, and oversee staff and/or volunteers.
- Organize, direct, and evaluate daily operational activities.
Responsible for managing a team of approximately 3-4 individuals.
Transportation and TravelAccess to public transportation is available for commuting.
Work EnvironmentThe position is set in a fast-paced atmosphere requiring a mix of sitting, standing, and walking.
