Position Overview

As a Security Operations Supervisor at Fortress Security Guard Services, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily activities of our security personnel. Your leadership will ensure a safe and secure environment for our clients and their assets.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage work schedules for security staff.
  • Act as the primary contact for addressing emergency situations effectively.
  • Coordinate security operations with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Oversee the functionality of security equipment and technology.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of security services provided.
  • Prepare and present reports on security operations and incidents.
  • Supervise and guide a team of security personnel, ensuring adherence to protocols.
  • Conduct training sessions for staff on job responsibilities, safety measures, and company regulations.
Supervisory Scope

You will be responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 security guards.

Required Certifications
  • CPR Certification
  • First Aid Certification
  • Valid Security Guard License
Transportation Requirements

A valid driver's license is necessary for this role.

Work Environment

The position involves a mix of sitting, standing, and walking, with the expectation of standing for extended periods.
