Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physiotherapist to join our Rehabilitation Department at Middlesex Hospital Alliance. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our physiotherapy programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide physiotherapy services to patients in acute inpatient and orthopedic settings
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient needs
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of physiotherapy programs and services

Requirements

  • Baccalaureate or Master's degree in Physiotherapy
  • Current membership with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
  • Membership in the Canadian Physiotherapy Association (desired)
  • Current BCLS registration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
