Job Description

We are actively seeking FULL-TIME, PERMANENT Heavy Duty Mechanics / Technicians to support the service, maintenance, and repair of heavy trucks, trailers, and motorhomes.

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain class 6, 7, and 8 vehicles and trailers
  • Maintain efficient and accurate workmanship in a safe and professional environment
  • Utilize computerized diagnostic and other testing devices to diagnose and isolate faults
Qualifications
  • Proven aptitude for diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance with a minimum of 3 years' experience
  • Commercial Transport (Truck and Transport Mechanic) Journeyman Certificate (or Red Seal)
  • Extensive knowledge of heavy trucks and trailers
  • Self-motivated individual capable of working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting and tool usage throughout the shift
  • Possess your own set of tools (a required tool list will be provided)
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license
  • Class 1, Class 3, and MVI Certifications are an asset
