Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing sales representatives, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Familiarize yourself with our products and services to effectively communicate with customers.
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and respond to incoming calls to provide product information and schedule consultations.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track calls and report on sales metrics.
- Train and coach new sales representatives to ensure they meet sales targets.
- Conduct quality assurance testing to ensure sales representatives meet performance standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
The Inside Sales Supervisor will work a rotation of shifts, Monday-Sunday, and will be compensated with a salary of $50,000/year plus commission.
