The Electric Chair Salon Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Barbershop Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily activities of our salon. This role is crucial in ensuring a high standard of service and operational efficiency.
Qualifications- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role.
The ideal candidate will work in a dynamic barbershop or hairstyling salon/studio, managing a budget ranging from $100,001 to $500,000.
Key Responsibilities- Direct and manage daily operations of the salon.
- Evaluate and enhance operational processes.
- Organize and plan daily activities effectively.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for staff.
- Oversee budget management and inventory control.
- Recruit, train, and supervise salon staff.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns.
- Continuously assess and improve daily operations.
This position involves supervising a team of 16-20 individuals.
Work ConditionsThe role requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, involving a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
