About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Landscaping Supervisor to join our team at Alpine Landscaping. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and maintenance of our outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire, train, and supervise a team of landscape professionals to ensure high-quality work and efficient project delivery.
  • Develop and implement landscape construction plans, including scheduling, budgeting, and material procurement.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide expert advice on landscape design and maintenance.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of project progress, including timelines, budgets, and client communications.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in landscape construction or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
