Educational Requirements- Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
As part of an accounting firm, you will be immersed in a dynamic and collaborative atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
- Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare payroll for employees.
- Issue invoices to clients in a timely manner.
- Assist in the preparation of income tax documentation.
- Store, update, and retrieve financial information as needed.
- Perform clerical tasks, including maintaining filing and record systems.
- Execute general office duties to support the team.
- Organize and manage inventory effectively.
- Compile financial statements and reports for review.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word is essential.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Capable of meeting tight deadlines.
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks and managing a large workload.
- Strong attention to detail is crucial.
- Previous experience of 7 months to less than 1 year is preferred.
- This is a permanent position.
- Working language is English.
- Expected working hours are 30 hours per week.
