Position Overview

The role of an Accounting Assistant is essential in maintaining the financial integrity of our organization. This position involves a variety of tasks that ensure accurate financial reporting and efficient management of accounts.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Work Environment

As part of an accounting firm, you will be immersed in a dynamic and collaborative atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
  • Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
  • Prepare payroll for employees.
  • Issue invoices to clients in a timely manner.
  • Assist in the preparation of income tax documentation.
  • Store, update, and retrieve financial information as needed.
  • Perform clerical tasks, including maintaining filing and record systems.
  • Execute general office duties to support the team.
  • Organize and manage inventory effectively.
  • Compile financial statements and reports for review.
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word is essential.
Work Conditions
