About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Nail Care Specialist to join our team at 2840578 ONTARIO LTD. as a Nail Care Technician.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Make custom designs for clients using various nail art techniques.
  • Apply or remove artificial nails and nail art, and provide gel and acrylic nail extensions.
  • Clean, trim, and polish nails to the highest standard.
  • Provide therapeutic foot massage and repair and mask aesthetic defects.
  • Perform cashiering duties and provide product demonstrations.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments and sell establishment products.
  • Provide manicures, pedicures, and relaxation massage.
  • Provide customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of customer interaction.

The work site environment is noisy, with odours and wet/damp conditions.

The work setting is on-site, with no option to work remotely.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a noisy, odorous, and wet/damp environment.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Attention to detail and hand-eye co-ordination.
  • Client focus, flexibility, initiative, and reliability.
