About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Experience Associate to join our team at Scotiabank. As a key member of our Canadian Banking Branch network, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, helping them achieve their financial goals, and building strong relationships with them.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively discovering customers' needs and listening to understand their requirements
  • Processing day-to-day transactions and identifying opportunities to provide additional value to customers
  • Nurturing long-standing relationships with customers and contributing to the Branch's targets
  • Being a technology expert and introducing customers to our mobile banking applications to help them better manage their banking needs
