Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper to join our team at Trans Expert Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping
    • Accurately record and classify financial transactions
    • Prepare and maintain general ledgers and financial statements
  • Payroll and Taxation
    • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
    • Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations
  • Financial Analysis
    • Prepare financial reports and analysis to support business decisions
    • Identify and recommend areas for cost savings and process improvements
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent in accounting or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in accounting software and systems
