Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement quality improvement plans to address areas for improvement in our care and services.
- Provide clinical consultation, education, and training to our staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality care.
- Lead and manage our clinical programs to ensure they meet all quality standards and are aligned with best practices and industry standards.
- Collaborate with our leadership team to develop and implement strategic plans to drive organizational success.
- Support our departmental budget frameworks and optimize resources to ensure we are using our resources effectively.
- Graduated from a recognized school of nursing and registered with BCCNM.
- Alternatively, possess a degree in a recognized health science/professional program.
- 5 years of healthcare experience, including 5 years of experience in adult education or clinical instruction.
- 2 years of nursing experience, with a preference for long-term care experience.
- Certification in a gerontology program is preferred.

What We Offer- A competitive compensation package, featuring an annual salary range of $101,000 to $117,000 per year.
