About the Role

The ideal candidate will champion a customer-focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships. As a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) for SuccessFactors Learning Lab, you will provide highly specialized technical leadership in the analysis, design, development, and support of cost-effective online HR management and decision support systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical leadership in the analysis, design, development, and support of cost-effective online HR management and decision support systems within SuccessFactors and other Talent applications.
  • Independently resolve complex, multi-faceted problems to meet business needs by applying HR and technological knowledge to design methodologies, models, and/or systems solutions.
  • Manage multiple small HR technology projects and/or manage specific sections of large projects to implement technology solutions for HR business problems.
  • Participate in the SuccessFactors systems implementation process by interpreting business requirements into systems analysis, technical specification, documenting detailed reporting requirements, and providing post-implementation support.
  • Participate in the review of Quality Assurance (QA) test strategies for assigned projects/initiatives to ensure comprehensive and consistent testing.
Requirements
  • 8+ years combined SAP SuccessFactors configuration lead experience.
  • 3-5 years SuccessFactors Learning Management module experience.
  • Demonstrable experience in configuring, managing, and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors.
  • SAP SuccessFactors Learning certification.
  • Working knowledge of HR business process.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Spanish speaking an asset.
  • Consulting experience will be an asset.
Soft Skills
  • Creative, self-starting, results-oriented, and highly motivated individual with very good analytical skills.
  • Proven interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to build consensus and obtain cooperation from users and senior management.

  • 1st round with HM – MS teams – 30mins – Behavioral & Technical questions on SuccessFactors Learning module.
  • 2nd round with Director – MS teams – 30mins – In-depth on overall fitment for the role.
