About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our housekeeping team at Schell Motel as a Room Attendant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our guest rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, and stock linen closets.
  • Guest Services: Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, handle and report lost and found items, attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, and provide basic information on facilities.
  • Housekeeping Operations: Pick up debris and empty trash containers, wash windows, walls, and ceilings, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not necessary.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in this role.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
