Food Store Supervisor

At Villages Pizza, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Store Supervisor to join our team. As a Food Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive excellent service and that our products are of the highest quality.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure that they are properly trained and equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages, in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that our products are always available and that our store is well-stocked.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of workers to ensure that our store is running smoothly and efficiently.
- Manage cash and ensure that our store's financial transactions are accurate and secure.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or food service environment.
- College/CEGEP or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
