  • Meal Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes, adhering to our restaurant's standards.
  • Special Dietary Needs: Create and cook specialized meals for customers with dietary restrictions as directed by our nutrition team.
  • Kitchen Inspection: Regularly inspect kitchen and food service areas to maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
  • Staff Training: Train kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and safe food handling practices.
  • Supervision: Oversee kitchen staff and assistants to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of food supplies and kitchen equipment.
  • Sanitation: Ensure that the kitchen and work areas are kept clean and organized.
  • Operational Management: Manage daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth service.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months in a culinary role.
