About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Tire Salesperson to join our team at T & A Tire. As a Tire Salesperson, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, selling tires and related products, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Customer Service: Greet customers and discuss their tire needs, provide advice on tire selection, and ensure a smooth sales process.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on tire products, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, including stock levels and product movement.
  • Cash Handling: Handle cash, credit card, and other payment transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in sales or customer service is an asset.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with regular standing and walking.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work in a standing position for extended periods.
