The Senior Solution Systems Analyst, Retail Technology, is a key member of our team, responsible for identifying and delivering innovative technology solutions that meet business needs for today and tomorrow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate business requirements into a scalable, user-centric technology design.
  • Ensure the solution design intent is realized and works seamlessly with existing systems and infrastructure.
  • Implement structured testing to ensure functionality and to identify and address deficiencies.
  • Contribute to the smooth and efficient deployment of Retail technology solutions.
  • Provide excellent and reliable proactive and reactive support for Retail technology solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven and best-in-class skills, education, and/or applicable certifications in:
  • Strong experience with Retail applications and systems, like POS and Order Management.
  • Agile/Sprint product management experience.
  • Business Analysis and/or Business Systems Analysis experience.
  • Proven ability to create solution design documents and user stories that solve the business problem.
  • Experience working with internal and external development teams.
  • Experience working with internal Business partners on backlog prioritization.
  • Clear and timely communication with internal and external partners.
  • A commitment to learn, apply, champion, and enrich Aritzia's Values, Business and People Leadership principles.
  • The skills to collaborate strategically with cross-functional partners in the pursuit of shared business outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits

The typical hiring range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
