Diagnostic Imaging Technologist

Temporary Part-time Position

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Technologist to join our team at Blanche River Health. As a Diagnostic Imaging Technologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality diagnostic images according to Federal and Provincial Standards in Radiology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Registered with CMRITO and possess RDMS certification
  • Maintain both RDMS and MRT certification with the CMRITO, as well as current CT certification or be willing to attain certification in CT
  • Experience with PACS is an asset
  • Possess a certificate in Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • Provide high-quality diagnostic images according to Federal and Provincial Standards in Radiology
  • Bilingualism in both English and French languages is considered an asset
  • Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position

What We Offer

  • Incentive packages available for dual modality successful applicants
  • Rate of pay ranges from $35.77 to $50.26, as per the OPSEU Collective Agreement
  • Eligibility to enroll in the HEALTHCARE OF ONTARIO PENSION PLAN (HOOPP)
  • Percent in lieu of benefits and vacation percent paid out on each pay equating to up to 20%

  • Must possess a certificate in Basic Life Support (BLS)
