Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Global Wireless Solutions Inc.
Job Summary:The Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth. This is a key leadership role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Hire, train, and develop staff to meet business needs.
- Manage inventory, including ordering merchandise and authorizing returns.
- Establish work schedules and ensure efficient store operations.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize and maintain inventory, including stockroom and visual merchandising.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of sales staff, including sales clerks and salespersons.
- Manage cash handling and ensure accurate transactions.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic retail environment.
The Retail Store Supervisor will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a team environment, communicate effectively with staff and customers, and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Language:The primary language of work is English.
Work Schedule:The Retail Store Supervisor will work 40 hours per week, with a regular schedule that may include evenings and weekends.
