Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at DIAMONDCUT CUTTING AND CORING LTD. The successful candidate will assist in various construction tasks, including loading and transporting materials, erecting scaffolding, and performing routine maintenance work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites
  • Erect and dismantle scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications
  • Perform routine maintenance work, including cleaning and repairing equipment
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a physically demanding workload. Manual dexterity and attention to detail are essential for this role.

Requirements
  • Experience in construction or a related field is an asset
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift and move heavy materials
