About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Professional to join our team at BJH Enterprises Inc. as a Kitchen Operations Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our kitchen, ensuring that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation

Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers and align with our company's culinary vision.

Staff Supervision

Lead and manage a team of kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Inventory Management

Oversee the ordering and inventory of all food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet our culinary needs.

Cleanliness and Safety

Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations and guidelines.

Customer Service

Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements
  • Education

A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience

At least 1 year of experience in a kitchen operations role, with a proven track record of success in menu planning, staff supervision, and inventory management.

Language

Fluency in English is required.

Work Hours

35 to 40 hours per week.
