**Opportunity for a Family Medicine Specialist**
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Family Medicine Specialist to join our team at Island Health. As a Family Medicine Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work in a full-service family practice, providing high-quality care to patients in the Comox Valley.
**Key Highlights:**
- 75/25 billing split, negotiable
- No partnership buy-in or administrative burden
- Flexible and autonomous work schedules/practice
- No locum provision requirement
- No billing means no overhead (vacation, conference time, etc.)
- Additional signing on incentive depending on commitment - negotiable (in addition to Island Health's $10,)
**Benefits:**
- May be eligible for additional remuneration in accordance with the Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA)
- Recruitment Incentive: $10, (pro-rated based on FTE)
- Relocation Costs Reimbursement: up to a maximum of $15,
- Retention Premium: 6.93%
- Retention Flat Fee: $7,.42
- Rural CME:
- Years 3 & 4: $2,/annum
- After 4 years: $4,/annum
