Requirements and Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Service Technician in the fire alarm industry, with a strong understanding of fire protection equipment and systems.
  • Electronics diploma or equivalent, or documented trade qualification, with a focus on fire alarm systems and security solutions.
  • Canadian Fire Alarm Association (CFAA) Registration or similar qualification, demonstrating expertise and commitment to the field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work at heights, with a valid and clean motor vehicle license (G License).
  • Knowledge of our systems and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
