Job Title: Parts Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Parts Service Supervisor to join our team at Collision Repairs Experts North. As a key member of our service operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of parts and services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and coordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of parts and materials.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of parts inventory, orders, and deliveries.
  • Coordinate with our service team to ensure timely delivery of parts and services.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity in our parts and service operations.
  • Collaborate with our purchasing team to negotiate prices and ensure timely delivery of parts and materials.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to ensure they are meeting their goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a parts or service operations role.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
