About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Asphalt Paver to join our team at SHIELD KINGS INC. as a Construction Laborer. In this role, you will be responsible for loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials, as well as mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load and unload construction materials from vehicles and equipment
  • Transport materials to construction sites using company vehicles or equipment
  • Mix and pour concrete and asphalt materials according to specifications
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials
  • Assist in the maintenance and repair of construction equipment
Work Environment

As an Asphalt Paver, you will work outdoors in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure to meet deadlines. You will be required to work in urban and rural areas, as well as on construction sites.

Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Dependability and hardworking attitude
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week
